For as long as I have been working in marketing and design, I have been searching for the opportunity to gain mentorship in my field. An artistic itch that developed at a young age grew into a passion for photography, which expanded into a personal media business that offers clients photography, videography, marketing and branding. As a Co-Founder and Creative Director for TriFocus Media, alongside other employment ranging from international cargo logistics to advertisement for an established HVAC company, I have over three years of consultative visual design experience, ranging from videography and photography to branding and digital media. I have never worked under a senior level creative designer but humbly seek this experience to not only hone my style and design capability but to also collaborate with like-minded individuals on large-scale projects and immerse myself in modern marketing and design culture.

I have vision, heart, and thrive off synergy, which in my professional experience is the most important thing in any creative environment. I live and breathe a continual process of self-assessment and life long learning, and these tools have permeated through every part of my professional and personal life. The hours I spend pouring over the photographs and film from my personal artistic pursuits equal those spent perfecting the proportions and details for my client’s requests, whether it be web design, logo design, social media strategy or marketing materials. For my most recent work in re-branding a local Bay Area company Atlas Trillo, this has included all of the above in addition to designing brochures, posters, business cards, flyers, post cards, rack cards, door hangers, along with newsletters, news paper and magazine ads, leading me to develop a keen eye for design and a strong command of Adobe Suite.

Throughout my pursuit of being a visual designer, strategist, and entrepreneur, I feel I have accumulated a wide range of experiences and lessons, but often these lessons were learned through trial and error and lacked the critique of senior creative expertise. Given this opportunity, I feel I can reinforce my education and be a healthy asset to a team, always beginning with the end in mind, visualizing clear goals and milestones throughout the marketing/design life cycle. Achieving such goals takes organization prioritization and the ability to multitask which I have developed through managing multidisciplinary projects through extreme situations and complex challenges. I hope you find that my professional background combined with my meticulous attention to detail and heart can be cultivated among true creative craftsmen.
